I came accross this great article on 5 things you should know before
you flip a house, and thought it might be useful to everyone. I wish I
had read this before I flipped my first home.

I knew a guy at the trailer park who flipped his house.

He had to get some guys with some come-alongs and winches to pull it
right side up again.

He had to get some guys with some come-alongs and winches to pull it
right side up again.
I saw one for sale once with bad scrapes down one side.

You have to be careful or you can end up with a broken home.
